Q. How does the Brown&Berry reward points work?

A. Once you make a purchase and register on-line you will automatically be entitled to rewards points.Your account will be credited with 1 point per £10 spent on line.

Q. How do I spend my points?

A. Simple. Each product will state the number of  reward points. Once you have enough points simply go to the checkout and wait for the delivery of your gift.    

     

Q. Can I purchase anything with my Brown&Berry Reward Points?

A. Yes, You can redeem your points for any item on our website, providing your points match the points value.

 

Q. Do postal charges apply?

A. Yes, Postal charges will apply.

 

Q. What happens if I want to return an item purchased with the Brown&Berry Reward Points?

A. Simple, just fill in a returns form, send it back to us and then we will credit you back your points.

 

 

Reward Points Scheme Terms and Conditions:

These are the terms and conditions which apply to your participation in the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme and the allocation of Brown&Berry points on purchases made using your Brown&Berry Account. The Scheme enables you to earn   points from Brown&Berry when paying for goods, from the Brown&Berry website.    The overall price paid remains the same whether you participate in the Reward Points Scheme or not.

The Scheme is promoted by Brown&Berry (‘we’) and is available to all persons who submit a completed registration on-line and are accepted for an Account or to whom we make the Scheme available.
2. The Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme is only available to Accounts with a UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man (IoM) or BFPO address.

Membership of the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme is entirely at our discretion, and accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse any applications.

Brown&Berry points will be allocated at the following rate: 
a) Brown&Berry   Account holders will earn one point for each full £10 spent.
 All items included in the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme are at our absolute discretion. 

We may from time to time offer you Brown&Berry bonus points for specific promotions, subject to availability, but you will always be advised of the bonus points when the offer is made.  

We reserve the right to vary the Brown&Berry reward points available, and the rate at which points will be allocated, from time to time or to cease to offer Brown&Berry Reward Points. Any change will be notified by the display of notices on our website.

Brown&Berry Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers or gift cards. Brown&Berry Reward Points cannot be transferred from one person or Account to another unless specifically notified and agreed by us.

You may not be able to earn or redeem any Brown&Berry Reward Points whilst you are in breach of your Account terms and conditions. Where we believe that there has been a breach of your notified Account terms and conditions, we may withdraw your Brown&Berry Reward Points already allocated and/or remove you from the Scheme, at our discretion.

Brown&Berry Reward Points will only be added in relation to a valid Account at the time that purchases are applied to your Account or may be added at our discretion within the rules laid down by this and other Schemes as may be notified from time to time.

All points you earn under the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme may be aggregated and presented as a total points balance.  

Minimum reward value is £100, equal to 10 points.  

We reserve the right to substitute or remove product ranges/services/offers available for redemption using Brown&Berry Reward Points at any time without notice.

If a Brown&Berry product is obtained solely from the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme any refund will be given in credit points. No cash refunds will be given in these circumstances. Where applicable, credit points will be refunded to equal the value of Brown&Berry Reward Points reward vouchers originally tendered.

If you change your mind about a product once the goods are returned any Brown&Berry Reward Points awarded for the original sale will be deducted from the Account. If your purchase qualified for bonus points and the refund breaks the original promotional criteria then the bonus points earned in the original transaction will be deducted. If a refund is completed after reward vouchers have been issued, then points earned in the original transaction will be deducted and the point’s balance on an Account may become a negative value.

Your membership of the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme starts when your Account is opened, or when we determine the Scheme is available to you and ends when your Account is closed or when we determine that the Scheme is no longer in operation. This Scheme is operated by Brown&Berry Ltd. 

All products featured in the reward mailings are subject to availability, and prices in the Channel Islands, IoM may differ from those printed in the reward mailings.

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Scheme at any time giving Account holders seven days’ notice in writing.

We reserve the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme.  

A copy of the latest Terms and Conditions of the scheme can be obtained from Brown&Berry Ltd 17 Westmoreland Street, Harrogate HG1 5AY North Yorkshire. 

We reserve the right to take any appropriate action where the Account holder has breached the Terms and Conditions of the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme. In the case of dispute, the decision of Brown&Berry shall be final. 

Should you lose or accidentally disclose your Account number you should contact us immediately. Please make sure your Account name and address are kept up-to-date and accurate to minimise security risks. We recommend that you use recorded delivery when sending important documentation to us.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme Data Policy

I understand that membership of the Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme will mean that members of Brown&Berry ‘only’ may use transactional data on my Account for the purposes of analysis and so that specific Brown&Berry Reward Points Scheme offers may be made to me.
